Invoice & Service Terms

By accepting a quotation, invoice, or delivered service, the client agrees to the following terms:

1. All invoices are payable within 14 days unless stated otherwise.
2. Late payments may incur legal interest and recovery costs in accordance with Belgian law.
3. Delivered software, designs, 3D models, and custom solutions remain the property of Streed until full payment has been received.
4. Custom software, IT advice, and 3D printed parts are delivered on a best-effort basis and according to the agreed specifications.
5. The client is responsible for validating delivered products for their intended use before deployment or production.
6. Streed cannot be held liable for indirect damages, data loss, business interruption, or misuse of delivered products or services.
7. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of RPM Namur.
